Because we received so much positive feedback for the Girls Teaching Girls to Code main event (120 high school girls and 25 mentors participated in April 2013), we will be hosting the event again next year, so stay tuned!
In the meantime, we are planning mini-events to encourage students to continue exploring Computer Science and Engineering.See upcoming mini-event
Girls Teaching Girls to Code is a program where Stanford women in Computer Science will teach Bay Area high school girls to code. Students will learn programming basics, build exciting projects, and develop strong relationships with mentors in the field.
Our 2013 main event was a great success! To stay up to date with future Girls Teaching Girls to Code events, join our mailing list.Join the Mailing List
